Adding Pre-Made Form to Kadence Forms?

Hello,
I started a website using Kadence AI, which included a Contact Us page with a Form block.
I wanted to export this form so I can add it to Kadence->Forms. I can’t see any way to do that? Or am I going to have to create a new form under Kadence->Forms from scratch? I like the settings on the included form so I was hoping to add it to Forms, plus have the Analytics.
I could only find the basic option to ‘copy’ the form block. But the import option under Kadence->Forms is looking for a zip file.
