SVG rendering in IE11

I’ve been using an SVG vector image for my website header (under development) using Virtue. It renders fine in Chrome and Firefox, and it used to work fine in Internet Explorer but now it’s oversize and scaled out of proportion. see http://66.203.148.210/ . I don’t know when this happened but I suspect it’s related to a theme update. Any ideas? Thanks!
