Unable to use shortcode in version 1.9.9.6

I keep getting the following errors every time I try using any of the of the shortcode on the tinymce tab. Each shortcode has its own error message. Am I the only one experiencing this error or it’s a general theme error?
This is the error message for “Insert Columns”:
