Google Page Insights – Mobile Problems

Got a message from Webmaster Tools telling me I have a big problem with the mobile formatting of the site and that if not corrected, the site(s) will be removed from mobile SERPS.
Essentially it’s to do with ‘tap targeting’ and the fact that in the eyes of Google, just about every link on the site is too close to any other. If you go to Page Insights: *Login to see link and then test this page: *Login to see link you might see what I mean.
Also, if anyone has any idea how you comply with EU regs that state you have to identify cookies, when Google considers it a big problem that may cause the site to be booted, I’d love to hear it!!!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated…
