PrivateContent menu restriction options not shown up

Hi, i’m using PriveteContent plugin to create private area. This plugin also allows to hide menu items in a user-category basis selecting restrictions options.
Unfortunately under theme’s menu configuration section no option are shown up to configure menu restriction options.(see *Login to see link
is there anything a can do to have those options displayed into Virtue theme?
Here the reply from plugin’s support staff if somehow useful:
“A:Why I can’t see the menu restriction fields?
R: In most cases, this is due to Uber Menu or Mega Menu plugin usage (they could be also embedded in themes).
If your theme has the plugin pre-installed you need to do the same procedure, but disabling the theme”.
