Contact form not sending email

Hi,
I have the contact form on a contact page. The form looks good, I know that it had been working correctly at one point, but it is not now. I have done a couple of tests, and I get the message that the email was sent successfully. But I am not receiving any emails as I should be, I have checked my spam folder as well, and I have waited a bit of time to see if something would show up. I also looked at the misc settings, and there is the correct email address in there. So, I need some help figuring out how to correct this. The specific page is: *Login to see link
