Codestyling localization – no permission

Hi,
Hope you could help me with a problem regarding the plugin Codestyling localization –> *Login to see link
I would like to change some English terms in the theme of my blog to Dutch (www.degenietendefoodie.nl) like x responses, similar posts etc.
I received the next error in the plugin in WordPress;
– You do not have the permission to read the file ‘/home/degeni1q/public_html/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/languages/nl_NL.po’.
The If I check the file manager for this specific folder the Dutch language is not available in the Theme.
Could you please let me know how I can change my English therms to Dutch? Am I doing something wrong or am I missing a file? And in that case, how could I download/receive the Dutch language file.
