Revolution Slider — Cannot edit General Setting

Hey guys,
I click Edit Slider –> General Settings, but when I click on the options (such as delay), it highlights the option, but it is not clickable.
I turned off every plugin and only enabled Revolution Slider, and it still does not work.
What am I doing wrong?
I need to clean up my ugly slider. haha.
