Theme options not saving

I am just setting up a site with Virtue Theme but the problem I have is that overtime I make a change and save and then make another change and save then the previous option reverts back.
As an example – In the Home Layout – I disable everything apart from Featured products and the ‘Save Changes’ – I confirm these have worked by visiting site. I then go to Misc settings to switch on Limit Max Page and save changes. If I go back to Home Layout now it shows I have Page Title and Page Content enabled and nothing else. If I then change Home Layout to what I want (Just Featured Products enabled) then I find it has switched off the Limit Max Page I set earlier!!!
