Change Carousel Title on Blog Posts

How can I change the Carousel Title on all blog pages to say “Recent Blogs” instead of “Recent Posts”? I know the option is there to change the carousel title on the post edit page for a single post but I want to do to a general change to every post page that has the carousel at the bottom. Thanks in advance.
