Cyclone Slider Policy on Purchasing the Pinnacle Theme

I’ve had the cyclone slider update and install on my initial install of the Premium Pinnacle theme, just wondering do we need to repurchase the pro plugin outside the purchase of Pinnacle to get it to update and install on subsequent websites installed?
