Featured Images are not showing in the blog post

I am very familiar with Virtue Theme but this is the first time I work with Pinacle theme.
When I set a featured image for each post, I do see it in the Recent Posts grid but when I open the post, the image doesn’t show anywhere.
What am I doing wrong?
