Using category header image by default for posts?

Under Posts > Categories > Edit > Header Options > Background Image, I select a custom image for each category, and it shows up fine in the header when I browse the categories. However, when I open a post, the default Pinnacle image is shown in the header. I know, I can select the category image, for each and every post, but is it by any means possible, to have the category header image to be used, when no specific image is selected for the post?
