site name and tagline covering image on mobile device

Hello,
I’m having trouble with the way my header looks on a mobile device. site: renaemoyers.com I used my headshot as a header background image, and my site name and tagline as the logo. Looks great on reg size computer screen, but on a mobile device, the site name and tagline cover my headshot in the header. I realize this is probably because my headshot image is loaded as a header background image, but I don’t know how else to get my headshot and site name/tagline text side-by-side into the header. Any suggestions?
