Breadcrumbs show home-home

I had mistakenly created two home pages. I permanently deleted one and now just have the one, but the breadcrumbs show home-home-about or home-home-leadership. I tried turning off breadcrumbs and clearing the cache, but that didn’t work. URL is *Login to see link
