Change the load order of widget in a row for mobile

Hi
One this page I have two widgets side by side in one row. the test widget is on the left and the images are on the right. In the mobile site the left widget loads over the right widget. In mobile I’d like to have the images (right) load first.
Is there a way to do that?
I am using the Siteorigins builder. Should I direct this question to them?
