CM Answers issue with Virtue theme?

Hi,
I’m sure it’s impossible to ensure themes are compatible with every WordPress plugin on the planet but I have a particular problem with ‘CM Answers Pro’ and their support folk say, and I quote …
“we’ve reviewed the source of the theme Virtue which you have installed. The page templates in this theme has been built incorrectly because they don’t include the get_header() and get_footer() functions (according to *Login to see link As for this issue, we can only recommend to change the theme”.
Any comments or help gratefully received.
