I sell e-books on my website, http://www.writefromhistory.com
A couple of weeks ago, I had a free ebook that went a little viral. (Not exactly, but viral for my new website.) I had up to 500 people per day download my free item.
Since then, I’ve been having problems with my downloads. Actual paying customers are buying my ebooks, but when they open the email that contains their links to download, the email is empty.
Do you have any ideas of how I might fix this?
