Fail to install Premium Plugins

Hi,
for these three recommended premium plugins (Pinnacle Theme Premium, fresh installation) i get an error message when trying to install them:

Cyclone Slider Pro
Kadence Slider
Revolution Slider

The error message is “Download fehlgeschlagen. Authorization Required”
Shall I add my kadence account somewhere?
