image size — virtue is cutting off our image copyright

Hello,
On our “store” page, I’m having trouble getting the right size for our images. The watermark copyright is being cut off. The images are 400 x 500 px. I have them set for portrait size, and have set the “head” for flex slider. I would be fine using the image carousel (isn’t that basically the same thing?) if that would show the copyright.
(1) What size do these photos need to be for the copyright to show?
(2) How do I hide the text/summary on this particular page?
I have another weird thing happening when you click on these images but will pose my question in a different post 🙂
