Reset section button erases all values

Hi Ben,
I just used the free version of your theme up to yesterday to check it out. Today, I decided that I will upgrade to the premium version.
When using the free version and playing around with it, I was always able to restore the default values in the menues by clicking the “Reset Section” button. However, in the premium version (2.0.8 with WP 3.8.1) a click on the same button does not restore the default values but erases them completely. At least this is true for the “main settings” panel (I have not tested it in other panels). This is quite inconvenient. Reinstalling the theme will bring back the default values but it is quite a hassle.
My first thougt was that it was due to my installation of the Better WP Security plugin but disableing the plugin did not solve the issue. Could you please provide some insight?
Furthermor, which security plugin do you advise to use with your theme?
