Cyclone Slider Pro Upgrade

Hi,
I have installed premium virtue theme.. As part of the premium theme, i have Cyclone Slider Pro. There is a new version available 2.10 and the exiting version in the theme is 2.9.6. The update is not automatic and when I try to update, I get the below error

Download failed. Forbidden

What should I do to upgrade to new version ?
