Hi I have a page that created a lot of issue with frozen screen:

I contacted author of VC Extensions and asked to help.
He wrote to me:

I do not believe that the issue is actually related to the element itself; rather, your theme and other scripts on that page are causing a lot of significant errors in the browser console, particularly relating to the niceScroll script your theme is using, which seems to be the reason, why the page appears “frozen”, while it is actually the implemented niceScroll routine from your theme, replacing the standard browser scroll, which appears to be the issue.

The overlay element is 99% pure CSS and as such, shouldn’t have any effect on your site. There is only some basic JS involved, which shortens the title and text if the column gets to small, and there are no errors on the page relating to those routines.

There are, however, multiple errors relating to the scroll feature your page is using, as well as other routines and scripts used by your theme (see attached screenshot), that have nothing to do with my add-on. You need to fix the existing errors first, so they can be excluded as part of the problem, particularly, since there are no errors in the console relating to the element.

Serving the respective CSS/JS files for the site via CDN network also causes some issues, due to some inherent cross-origin conflicts.

I need this element – picture but I want to fix a problem with frozen screen.
Please advice.
Thank you!
