for my post here, ive created a header with a post header title and subtitle.

However, its repeated below as a header as standard. When this happens, is there anyway to remove the below one and retain the one in the header above for individual posts?

Also, how do i get rid of the ‘Home/Spring has Sprung in Tuscany’ links from the site? Its on all headers.
