Sticky Header with secondary and large header

Hello,
I realise I might be asking for the moon here so please do tell me to bog off!

So here is my question – is there any way I can keep the standard header with secondary menu BUT have a shrinkable header with sticky menu as the page scrolls down?

I have tried clicking various bits myself – so sticky with primary menu – and the menu is to the right and logo to the left and no wider than 200px and as you can see the header is quite wide and wanted it to be full width…

If I click sticky as it is now (instead of standard) I get the sticky menu with secondary but the actual page is unreadable as it keeps the header as it is.

ideally I want it to look like it is now but when you scroll down the header gets small (can be to the left) and the menu stays visible (and maybe to the right)
