Product Featured Images are Truncated. How to make them appear in full view ??

my online shop is showing all the Featured Product images truncated – all the 4 sides of the image are cut-off ..
This is very annoying.
I want to make all those pictures appear in full view – without the automatic truncation .
is there a way to do this please ?
I have upgraded to Virtue Premium.
