Cannot commute from Post to All Posts

Hi Ben,
I don’t know if you have experienced it before but I haven’t this problem till the version 1.3.
It happen that after editing a post and save it, if I try to go to All Posts it doesn’t commute and the page starts the refreshing but hangs.
I think there’s something in WP or the Theme because seems searching a missing url. I suppose it could be the theme UI just because if I click in the Category or another function of the dashboard it commutes regularly from the open Post to such function. Only cannot pass from open Post to All Posts.
Please, take note it happen with Chrome, Opera and Firefox so isn’t my PC.
Maybe you can give a look at.
