After last update My web lost all the configuration

Hi
It’s the first time I have a problem with and update. I just see in my web that I lost all the configuration that I had for the web (homepage, menu, woocommerce,…)
I am very worried and I don’t know if upload my last web backup without the update in order to run again.
My web is http://www.piloloskids.com
