Topbar icons overlapping logo on mobile

Thanks to the CSS you gave me before, the site now looks great on a desktop. I have just noticed that social icons in the topbar now overlap the logo when viewed on a mobile though. Do you have some CSS to fix that? The site is now at http://www.oref.co.uk.
