updating theme

Hi I have downloaded the up-to-date version of our virtue theme from your site, but the existing copy has been updated via the WP theme control area and has, i think, overwritten the premium version with the standard version. Now when i try to install the premium version 3 0 6 I get an error that the directory already exists.
I want to make sure we are running the premium version and I need the revolution slider to work which i can’t currently see ….. BUT I don’t want to lose all the content / formatting on the site…………. can you help
