virtue premium install failed –

Got it – upload was still compressed

Due to 3 backup errors (what are the chances) I have to completely rebuild my site and can’t get Virtue Premium to install.
Error message:
“Installing Plugin from uploaded file: virtue_premium_v3_0_6.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugins page”
Tried moving files into the Themes folder vs the update folder (info via another post)
Using a different browser
installing virtue_premium_v2_9_5 (older version I had)
all other installs have worked…
