Hi My email form doesn’t seem to be working.

For starters when I fill in a credible email address in the email form I briefly get a red warning stating ‘please enter a valid email address. this disappears after a second or two and when I fill in the rest of the form press send email I only receive a mail delivery failed email to my inbox.

Any suggestions?
