Responsive Logo size

Hi, Can I adjust the size of the logo in responsive mode and when I turn the screen horizontally, the logo size is big. I want it to be smaller.
Also, Can I decrease the height of menu in responsive mode.
Thirdly, I have rev. slider. It is ok for the 1st slider. However the 2nd and 3rd slider are not well cover the background. It has a smaller space on the left. I want it to be full width in responsive mode.
Finally, in responsive mode, it always not show the rev. slider. I have to reload it serval time to get it.
How can I make it faster or load smoothly ?
Can these two done by adding css in advanced custom ?
