Font problems after Theme Update

Hi,
I updated my Theme a few days back, and have just noticed a problem with my fonts – I’m guessing it’s related but can’t be sure. I have all my headings set as ‘Lato’, (which I think was the default), but everything is suddenly displaying Times New Roman? It looks horrid, and I can’t figure out a way to change it back. I’ve tried reselecting and saving Lato, but it doesn’t change anything.
I’m guessing Lato was a font supplied within the theme, as it isn’t in my system Font Book?
Any help getting it back would be appreciated.
