Rev slider crash on different mobile

When I look at different type of mobile, the rev slider text layers placed all different….all mixed together…
I also find that the location of layers is different from different screen….
How to fix it ?
or In fact, I just wanna a full width picture with words and have an icon to herf to others page or categories. ( the icon can have hover effects)
