Mobile Menu Replaced by Regular Menu

Hi,
On my site http://www.creationpet.com, the mobile menu suddenly disappeared and was replaced by what looks to be a squished “responsive” version of the desktop menu. I’m not sure what happened or how to even begin to troubleshoot? Any ideas? It was displaying properly for weeks up until a few minutes ago. Thanks!
