Youtube Lightbox isn´t working

Hi,
I wantet to know why the Youtube Lightbox isn´t working on my page:
I used this markup:

<img src="*Login to see link alt="Title To Appear with Large Version" />

In the WP Preview the images are opening in the lightbox:
*Login to see link
but in the live view not. Do you know any reason for that?
