Disable Built in Theme Extensions no effect?

Using Pinnacle 1.3.5 i Disabled Built in Theme Extensions (good idea by the way) – but Woo, Portfolio, Staff and Testemonial still shows up everywhere in the admin. Am I doing it wrong? Care for a login to see?
