Aligning text

Hi,
I was wondering if you have any idea or could point me to the right direction regarding this: I have an image and hand drawn arrows with text around it, similar to the image with the apple here:*Login to see link
The problem is that when I add the arrows and text all on the image and upload it, the text font will get quite blurry, no matter if I use jpg or png.
So I was wondering if I could only upload the image(including the arrows) and then write the text in page builder. But how could I align the text then properly to the arrows? Or altenatively, if I upload the arrows including text as svg, how could I align these proprly around the image?
