default images sizes

Hello
Can you please tell me what the various default image sizes are, as per your demo? For example, I tried the image menu, and guessing at the sizes, the text was not centred or did not fit at all, and when I mouse-over there is a shadow bigger than the image. It would be ideal to know the sizes for all the various elements to save the guess work and wasted time in trial and error and having to redo images.
Also, can you please tell from where the text sizes are pulled so I can adjust this? It would be nice to have this info available in the relevant areas of the theme, please 😉
