Problem with Pinnacle update 1.3.6: not working at all

Hi, I purchased the Pinnacle theme a few weeks ago (1.3.3)… and since then there have been several updates – today being 1.3.6. Unfortunately, 1.3.6 has completely deleted all files in my pinnacle premium theme folder, except for the assets. I tried many times to update, and it fails each and every time. I am getting really nervous about this. Should I reinstall my 1.3.3. version, and then attempt to upgrade to 1.3.6? And what about future updates? will this happen everytime? I need help please.
