Importing Revolution Slider Templates

I have Virtue Premium. I did not find a separate zip file for the revolution slider templates. The documentation all says it is in the file from Code Canyon, but I did not get a file to download from Code Canyon.
Can you please tell me how to activate/ upgrade the Revolution slider plugin and details on how to get the templates?
