Virtue Premium Demo 4: creating-demo-layout – Page Display

The instuctions below in #2 say to go to Reading and “Select Static Page” beside “Front Page Displays”but none of those options are available under the “Reading” option in Virtue Premium :
Page Display Settings
1. Go to Settings > Reading.
2. Select “Static Page” beside “Front Page Displays”
3. Beside Front Page choose “Home.” Do nothing for Post Pages.
4. Save changes.
Does anyone know where these options are located? Thanks
