Strongly recommended not use & in title

Hi Ben,

I want to inform you that working in cooperation with qTranslateX developer team we discover a weird behaviour of WP core.
So it’s strongly advisable not to use the character & either in Tags or Category titles, better if not use at all in titles.
Because WP core applies a kind of sanitization and transform it in &amp and store in database in this new form.
This change cause an internal error in database research during the tag verification and not let you delete or manage other tags in post editing page as well as messing tags title shown in menu.

This Behaviour is not plugin related but is a WP core problem because also occurs in a fresh installation without plugin at all.

I wish this message can save from many headaches
