Is it possible to change the default transparency color for the primary menu of the Pinnacle Premium theme? I’m talking about the menu at the very top of the browser for the theme (not the topbar).

As I have it now, the area around the primary menu is transparent when the page first loads, then when I scroll down the page the menu breaks off and stays on the top of the screen while I’m scrolling. The moment it breaks off the surrounding color changes from transparent to an opaque white color. I am wondering if I can change that opaque white color to some other color, and maybe also play with the opacity a bit to make it a little more transparent. I am also wondering if it’s possible to make the menu appear as this opaque color all the time from the moment the page loads, not just when I start scrolling down.

Thanks for your help!
