lost all my product and category links

Hi, I happily built my shop, it all worked absolutely fine, worked out that to see products in categories had to put in the custom links in menu etc., I built the site on my domain http://www.avalonessences.biz then changed it over to http://www.avalonessences.co.uk, long story but thats what I did, Im not sure if this has caused the problem, but I cannot view any products or any product categories on the site, please help!!
