Virtue Logo won't go away

I used the importer and had to create a php.ini file to get past the time out error. Then after I corrected that problem I couldn’t get rid of the Virtue logo. Even after clearing the theme of any logo at all, both my logo and the Virtue logo are still there. How can I fix this?
