Mobile menu appears and disappears

Hello, i saw in the forum issues regarding mobile menu that appears end disappears (e.g. topic #34696)
i have done several tests activating and desactivating plugin to find out the one which generate this issue.
i found it, and this is one necessary for my site : WPDM download manager developped by http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com
each time i activate, the mobile menu doesn’t not working.
Any idea on your side and how you can support me on this issue ?
