error message for customize

Hello,
i just purchased the premium Pinnacle and when i tried to change any thing on the theme option or on the customizer the following error message appears:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/thebr/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 282

please help 🙁
