Add to Cart + Product hover color

Hello,
before I purchased the theme, i had Virtue free installed and when I hovered over a product the Add to Cart button would turn yellow and then if i hovered on the add to cart button it would turn green. With the new theme however, the add to cart button stays gray until i hover on the button, then it turns green. There is no yellow colored button when i just hover on the product. How can I achieve that yellow add to cart button on product hover? I have attached some images as examples. And another question, how can I change the gray color of the button?
